Non Profit Mission

Crestone Performances is a non-profit 501c3, dedicated to bringing intergenerational music education to the San Luis Valley. The non-profit runs Crestone Music Festival, established in 1999, which encourages cultural and economic enrichment for the community. The Youth Enrichment Program (YEP) offers performing arts grants to Saguache County students middle and high school for musical instruments, supplies, and lessons. Regularly scheduled events included all ages workshops, Band in a Hat, the Crestone Music Festival, and school performances.
